Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Esti, a mobile app for tracking a baby's daily life (the "App"), provided by Stanislav Solovskyi, an individual based in Poland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Esti lets you record and review information about a baby — feeding, sleep, diapers, health, growth, development and notes — and optionally share it with people you invite. The App syncs your data to the cloud so it is available across your devices.

2. Eligibility

You must be an adult (at least the age of majority in your country) and able to enter into a binding agreement. Esti is intended for parents and caregivers; it is not directed at children.

3. Your account

• You sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity under your account.

4. Your content

The data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, sync and display it so we can provide the App's features (including sharing with people you invite). We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

5. Sharing

If you invite another person to a baby, you are responsible for choosing whom to invite and what access level to grant. People with access can view (and, with full access, edit) that baby's records. You can revoke access at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• upload content you have no right to share, or another person's data without a lawful basis;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the App. We try to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer-protection rights).

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
